RETURNS
CUSTOM ITEMS:
Acurix Sports does not accept returns or exchanges on custom items. Please take note, customized items include, but are not limited to: items with your name, number or team logo and cannot be returned. These jerseys, shorts, socks, bags, etc. were made especially for you to the specifications you and/or your club selected and aren’t suitable for any other player.
For that reason, we do not accept returns on customized items. Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
NON-CUSTOM ITEMS:
For non-custom items, Acurix Sports will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery and refund your payment in full, less shipping and handling fees, upon receipt of the returned item. All returns must be in their complete, original condition and packaging (i.e. unused, brand new, unworn, unlaundered and unembellished).
REFUNDS
After we receive and accept your returned item, we will issue you a full-price refund (less any applicable shipping and handling charges). Your financial institution should post the refund to your account in accordance with its policies. For most customers this is normally within 7 business days. Keep in mind some banks take a full billing cycle, and it also depends on when in the month the refund is made. Any questions about that should be directed to them.
