CUSTOM ITEMS:
Acurix Sports does not accept returns on custom items. Please take note, customized items include, but are not limited to: items with your name, number or team logo and cannot be returned. These jerseys, shorts, socks, bags, etc. were made especially for you to the specifications you and/or your club selected and aren’t suitable for any other player.
For that reason, we do not accept returns on customized items. Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
NON-CUSTOM ITEMS:
For non-custom items, Acurix Sports will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery and refund your payment in full, less shipping and handling fees, upon receipt of the returned item. All returns must be in their complete, original condition and packaging (i.e. unused, brand new, unworn, unlaundered and unembellished).

BULK ORDER SHIPPING:
For initial delivery, Acurix Sports and Pflugerville FC will coordinate delivery of all "Mandatory Uniform Kit" purchases, as well as any purchased "Extra Items" in a bulk delivery format. During bulk delivery, the coach, team manager, and/or designee will review their teams' uniform orders, confirm accuracy, and sign-off on delivery. Player "Mandatory Uniform Kit" and "Extra Items" will then be distributed to each player by the coach, team manager, and/or designee. Bulk delivery is tentatively set for mid-August.
NON-BULK ORDER SHIPPING:
After bulk delivery, players and parents will be able to order "Extra Items" through the PFC online store and have their orders shipped directly to them. Shipping and handling fees will apply.
